Is it possible to order additional cleaning service?

Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels & bed linen are provided every 3 days. Upon request, towels and bed linen can be provided sooner at PLN 10 per towel and PLN 15 per bed linen. This service can be ordered directly at InfoDesk.

I would like to arrive with my child. Is there a cot bed available at the hotel?

There are 2 family rooms at the hotel. They include 2 comfortable rooms connected with inner doors. You can order a cot bed only to the family room at PLN 10 per day. This service can be ordered directly at InfoDesk.

What time does a hotel stay start?

At Alto a hotel stay starts at 4:00 pm and finishes at 12:00 pm.

What is Self check-in?

Self check-in is a comfortable touch-screen system for individual check-in. A self check-in desk is located on the ground floor. To check in, enter your booking code that you received in your confirmation message. After you check in using the Self check-in system, you will receive a special hotel code that you can use to open your room and the hotel entrance door at night hours (11:00 pm-6:00 am).

What time is breakfast? Can I buy it at the hotel?

On weekdays (Mon-Fri) breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9:00 am, at weekends from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Breakfast is served in the Meal Zone on the ground floor. You can choose from nearly 70 products. Price – PLN 40 per person. If you haven’t booked breakfast during the online booking process, you can buy it directly from our staff at InfoDesk.

Can I eat some meals in the Fork Zone in the evening?

Yes. Meals in the Meal Zone can be ordered from the hotel staff at InfoDesk. On workdays meals are served from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, at weekends from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Our menu includes the most popular dishes, i.e. hamburgers, tortillas, nourishing salads or sweet deserts. In the Meal Zone there is also a water dispenser for free use by our guests. Other beverages (coffee/tea/fizzy drinks/juices) can be purchased at all time at InfoDesk.

Is there parking at the hotel? How much is it?

Yes. There is unguarded parking at the hotel at PLN 30 per day. You can buy it as an additional service when booking online or at the hotel’s InfoDesk.

Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Yes. Access to the fast, free Internet connection is provided in the entire hotel.

Can I pay in any other currency except PLN?

We accept cash payments only in PLN. Additionally, we accept payments by credit cards.

Can I stay with my pet at the hotel?

Yes. However, we will charge additional fee of PLN 50 per day for a pet. You can make a payment directly at InfoDesk.

Is there an iron available at the hotel?

Yes. Each floor is equipped with a special ironing zone. Hotel guests can use an iron and an ironing board free of charge at all times.
